Who is responsible

Ilyas Bakouch, based in Canada, operates YouTube AI Studio and is responsible for the personal data described here. For questions about your information or to exercise your rights, contact ilyas@ytaistudio.app.

This notice covers ytaistudio.app. It does not cover data processed inside the free or Premium Mac apps, or websites you reach through external links.

Optional website analytics

We use Swetrix only after you select “Allow analytics”, to understand visits to our pages. The legal basis is your consent. Declining does not affect any website feature or the waitlist. You can withdraw consent using “Analytics preferences” in any page footer. Withdrawal stops future collection; it does not undo processing that was lawful before withdrawal.

We send the page path and project identifier. Swetrix also receives the IP address and browser information needed to handle the request and derive visit statistics, such as device type and approximate location. Swetrix describes using rotating identifiers derived from these request details and discarding raw IP addresses. We do not send email addresses, form contents, URL query strings, fragments, campaign parameters, referral URLs or account identifiers. We do not enable session replay, custom events or error tracking.

Swetrix does not set tracking cookies. Our website stores your Allow/Decline choice, its date and this notice’s version in your browser with a validity of 180 days. An expired record is removed on your next visit. This preference is used only to remember and apply your choice, not to identify you. If browser storage is blocked, your choice applies only to the current page. Analytics stays off when JavaScript is disabled or your browser sends Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control.

We use analytics reports to evaluate the website while it operates and review their continued usefulness when the website or its purpose changes. We delete reports when they no longer serve that purpose. We do not collect extra identifying information to try to match a visitor to a statistical record.

Launch notification

When you request a notification, we use your email address to send the one launch email described beside the form. The legal basis is your consent. Your address is optional: you can use the website without supplying it. This does not sign you up for an ongoing newsletter.

The form sends your address to our subscription service at youtube-ai-studio.lemonsqueezy.com. That service also receives ordinary connection details, such as your IP address. If submission fails, you can email us instead.

You can withdraw your request by email before the notification is sent. The notification will also provide a way to unsubscribe. We keep the active launch list only until the notification is sent, the launch is cancelled, or you withdraw, whichever happens first. Any limited consent or suppression record retained to demonstrate your choice or prevent unwanted mail is kept separately for that purpose.

Hosting, security and messages

Our hosting and network providers, including Cloudflare, process connection information to deliver and protect the site. Server and security logs can include IP addresses, requested URLs, timestamps, browser details and errors. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in operating a reliable, secure website and investigating abuse. Please do not put private information in page URLs.

Logs are retained for operational troubleshooting and security investigations, with retention determined by the relevant logging service and any ongoing incident. Where possible, we limit recorded fields and rotate or delete logs when they are no longer needed.

If you email us, we use your address, message and associated headers to respond. This is based on our legitimate interest in answering enquiries, or taking steps at your request before a contract where applicable. We keep correspondence while needed to resolve the enquiry and any related dispute or legal obligation.

Service providers and international processing

Information is handled by our hosting, security, analytics and email providers as needed for the purposes above. We do not sell your personal data or use it for advertising profiles.

Swetrix’s data processing agreement identifies Swetrix Ltd. in the United Kingdom and analytics hosting in Germany. Other providers may process information outside your country, including outside the European Economic Area. Applicable safeguards may include an adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses. Contact us for details of the arrangements relevant to your information.

Your rights

Where applicable, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or a portable copy of your personal data. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests and withdraw consent at any time. Contact ilyas@ytaistudio.app; we normally respond within one month and may ask for proportionate information to verify your request.

You may complain to your local data protection authority, including an authority in the EU country where you live, work or believe an infringement occurred. See the European data protection authority directory.
